  1. Entry into this ‘Brunch with Katie Piper Competition’ (“Competition”) is on the understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”), by submitting your name and email address on the entry form http://blog.wantthattrend.com/win-brunch-katie-piper/during the entry period outlined in paragraph 3 below, you confirm that you accept these T&Cs. The details of the Competition form part of these T&Cs.  You should print and retain a copy of these T&Cs for reference. Any breach of these T&Cs may result in a prize being forfeited, at Want That Trend’ sole discretion.

 

  1. To enter this Competition, entrants must:

 

  1. The Competition will run from 12.00 hours on the 31/08/17 until 12:00 04/09/17 (“Entry Period”).

 

  1. Each entrant who meets the eligibility criteria (as outlined in paragraph 2), will be entered into the Competition and will have a chance to win a 30 minute Brunch for them and one guest in Soho, London with Katie Piper on 7th September 2017 at a time as specified by Want That Trend, plus travel expenses paid for. Both guests will also receive a Katie Piper Collection dress of their choice – subject to availability. (“Prize”). No other experiences or Want That Trend products will be provided.

 

  1.       Want That Trend reserves the right to amend or cancel this Competition at any time for any reason. Want That Trend’ decision in all matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

  1. If the Prize is no longer available due to circumstances beyond Want That Trend’s control, an alternative prize deemed to be of equal value will be provided.

 

  1. Want That Trend will make reasonable efforts to notify the winners of the Prize using the email addresses provided via http://blog.wantthattrend.com/win-brunch-katie-piper/ by no later than 24 HOURS AFTER COMPETITION CLOSING Want That Trend is not responsible for email addresses recorded incorrectly. If having made those efforts, it is not possible to contact a winner, Want That Trend reserves the right to offer the Prize to another entrant who meets the eligibility criteria. Any re-selection will be undertaken in accordance with these terms and conditions.

 

  1. This Competition is not open to: Want That Trend employees, third parties involved in the Competition, their families, agents or others connected with the Competition.

 

  1. The Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

 

  1. The surname and country of the winners of the Prize will be obtainable for three months from the Closing Date upon application to Want That Trend Unit 6 Hurstfield Industrial Estate Hurst Street Stockport, SK5 7BB (“Want That Trend”) You will need to provide the date that the competition was run.

 

  1. In consideration of being awarded the Prize, the winner may be required by Want That Trend to take part in publicity related to the subject of the promotion and confirm that they will take part in such publicity. Such publicity may include use of the entrant’s name, photographs (which they will provide on request, or will be taken during the Brunch with Katie Piper) and statements made by the entrants concerning the promotion and/or Prizes.

 

  1. Want That Trend, including its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents, excludes all liability for any losses and/or damages of whatever nature and howsoever arising to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.

 

  1. Entrants’ details will be used in relation to the administration of this Competition, delivery of the Prize and, only where the entrant has given their prior explicit consent by means of the ticked opt-in box, for marketing of Want That Trend products. Entrants have the right to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from Want That Trend at any time.
